HOTEL REFURBISHMENTS

Hotel Canobolas – Orange NSW

This was a total refurbishment of the whole building, whilst the Hotel still operated. The project involved lighting design, relocation and new distribution boards, automated lighting control (HPM I-Set), general lighting and power, exit & emergency lighting, full installation of a fire detection system,landscape lighting and full rewire of hotel accomodation. As well as disconnect and removal of existing main switchboard and installation of the new main switchboard whilst the hotel completed their normal trading hours.

Hotel Conobolas / Commonwealth Bank – Orange NSW

Converted existing bottleshop into an office tenancy for the Commonwealth Bank. Project involved new lighting, general power, new mains, switchboard & CT meters.

Off Broadway Hotel – Broadway

Full reconfiguration of the main bar, seating area and gaming room. These works were completed out of hours, so there was less impact on the hotel’s trade and business. Also new lighting was installed to change the “ mood ” of the hotel

Harlequin Inn – Pyrmont

Design & construction for new lighting layout to new bar area, full rewire of existing bar’s, relocation of sub boards whilst still keeping the Hotel’s normal trading hours.

Coolibah Hotel – Sydney

Reconfiguration of gaming room, new lighting design and installation of feature lights.

COMMERCIAL FITOUTS & REFURBISHMENTS

Bell Potter – Grosvenor Place, Sydney

Level 33-34, Bell Potter Securities. Two floor office fitout. Project involved strip out of all redundant cabling, installation of general lighting and power applications, installation of network / phone and ‘soft wired’ power to 100 dealing desks, cable tray installation, DB installation, ‘NEXUS’ monitored emergency / exit lighting system, mains upgrade, new CT metering, UPS installation and AV cabling.

Pickles Auctions – Belmore

Industrial lighting. Project involved strip out of existing highbay lighting. Supply and install of 72 x 400w metal halide high bay lights for their indoor auction centre.

Pickles Auctions – Belmore

Office Fitout. Various office and salesroom fitouts have been completed for Pickles throughout their many auction warehouses and offices. These projects involved installation of general power and lighting applications, installation of Cat 5e network and phone cabling, workstation wiring, feature lighting, cabling for installation of plasma screens.

Australian Wealth Management – Data Centre, Sydney

Data Centre Fitout – Installation of new cable tray, 95mm submains from main electrical switchboardon Lv.5 to Data Centre on Lv.21, new CT metering, supply & installation of distribution boards, wiring & termination of UPS and sub circuits for computer equipment.

Lumley General Insurance – Sydney

Project involved general power and lighting applications, installation of power and Cat 5e network / phone cabling to over 140 workstations, exit / emergency lighting, supply & installation of UPS power supply. Relocation and reconfiguration of 4 floors of workstations

P&O Logistics – Port Botany

Commerical Fitout. Very stringent safe work methods had to be used in all aspects of this project. Occupational, health & safety is of the upmost importance to P&O so we had several meetings with them to make sure they were satisfied withour safety methods. Project involved general power and lighting applications, power and network / phone cabling to workstations, minor switchboard work, exit / emergency lighting.

Acrewoods Childcare Centre – North Sydney

Fitout consisted of new lighting & power installation, new submains and distribution board, new submains for air conditioning, feature wall lighting.

Acrewoods Childcare Centre – North Ryde

Fitout consisted of complete strip out of redundant wiring, new lighting & power installation, new distribution board, CT Metering, new submains, new house switchboard complete with submain upgrade, exit & emergency lighting and new air conditioning submains.

COGNOS – St. Leonards

Commerical fitout. Project involved power and lighting design and installation, network / phone cabling, custom LED display lighting in corridor, exit / emergency lighting.

Edney & Ryan Accountants – Mosman

Project involved installation of 170 x Cat 5e network / phone outlet and 98 power outlets throughout offices and in workstations. Redesign & reconfigure entire lighting layout to suit new office layout. Installation of split A/C unit into comms room. Installation of cabling for surround sound speakers, data projector links to CPU controllers, electronic whiteboard links to network. Major DB upgrade.

Supreme Court of NSW – King St, Sydney

Relocation and rewiring of power for AV equipment within the courts

Downing Centre – Sydney

Installation of wiring for new AV equipment

Penrith Courthouse – Penrith

Relocation and rewiring of power for AV equipment within the courts

Darlinghurst Courthouse – Darlinghurst

Relocation and rewiring of power for AV equipment within the courts.

EDUCATION

BER Program

Refurbishment of several schools in the outer west of Sydney. The projects consisted of complete strip out of old and dangerous wiring. Installation of new lights, ceiling fans as well as installations of power & data to new classrooms and special need rooms. Installation of wiring for new AV equipment and interactive classrooms

Junior & Senior Schools

We have also completed many projects and service work to a large number of private and public schools, including wiring for smart boards and interactive classrooms, new and efficient lighting for classrooms
